I focus on a 'whole self' approach, understanding the root causes of your concerns, to develop a deep understanding of your unique patterns and how these patterns are influencing your life today. I combine this approach with proven treatment methods: CBT, Attachment, Trauma-Focused, and Client-Centered therapy, adapting my approach to each individual client.

Explore your early life experiences, significant memories, patterns, and emotional responses (I call these clues) that will point us in the direction of what needs to be addressed. Once we have a clear understanding of the whole picture, we will develop 'corrective experiences' to repair the emotional wounds that allow for sustainable change.

I developed a deep curiosity about the "hidden secrets" of our subconscious mind and the power of our subconscious thoughts, beliefs and feelings to impact every aspect of our everyday lives.

I have been practicing independently in Alberta, Canada since 2016 and recently relocated to Illinois permanently.
