Let's face it: Therapy won't fix your boss, your in-laws or your toddler's new maniacal scream laugh, but it might help you survive them without hiding in your car with snacks all the time. I work with folks navigating transitions or stuck places from men's issues, couples, grief, religious trauma, to that vague but real “Who am I anymore?”

Together we will do hard things, whether that is healing from childhood wounds, changing long held relational patterns or grieving the loss of your faith. I'll invite you to be honest, to be human and take small risks towards something better.
