I provide open space for clients to build trust, increase insight, and explore strengths and challenges.
I use a client-centered approach, focusing on empathy, open-mindedness, and unconditional positive regard. I also incorporate DBT. I do psychosomatic work to strengthen mind-body connections.
I collaborate with clients to identify treatment goals. I encourage open discussion to create attainable goals. Goals are developed considering triggers, symptoms, unhealthy behavior patterns as well as thought processes.
My experience includes working with clients of all ages who have anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have worked with individuals to improve motivation, and attention, and identify coping mechanisms to manage daily stressors.
I liked learning and understanding human behavior and was passionate to help others who are dealing with mental health issues.
Hi, I am Rakhi, a therapist at Path Mental Health. I am an LCPC and BC-DMT. I have more than 10 years of experience helping individuals harness their potential to move towards their desired goals, facilitating change and healing.
