Working with me will not just feel like talking to a friend. I use evidence based approaches, but I also choose my interventions carefully based on your needs and the timing that seems right for you.

I like to have fun with clients while also making sure our sessions are productive. We can talk about relational issues, symptoms of depression and anxiety, or issues related to maintaining a healthy diet.

I am very active in session and I provide a lot of feedback as well as education about coping skills. I love exploring patterns with clients.

I like working with insightful people who might just need a bit of direction. I do a lot of psychoeducation to help teach skills that will stay with you long after our work is over. I am practicing under the supervision of Rebecca Fitzgerald, LCPC.
