I have a passion for supporting clients of all ages as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, identity exploration, low self-esteem, trauma, everyday stressors, and more.

I draw inspiration from the work of Carl Rogers and Brené Brown, and integrate person-centered, experiential, narrative, existential, and play-based therapies.
