I specialize in working with people who:

I have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions and relationship problems as well as those in need of bettering their academic skills.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to help individuals to recognize their strengths, overcome, thrive, and be their best self possible.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am currently completely remote. The benefit to this not having to drive and deal with traffic in order to participate in therapy and get help.

I recognize how important building rapport is and I want to hear your story! I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable or like they are sharing their secrets with someone they can’t trust. I believe in a person centered approach, going at your pace.
