I approach each client as an individual, and I try to help you find solutions that will really work in your everyday life. I like to give you simple things to try between sessions, and we explore how those work or don't work for you. Life can be complicated and stressful, so I'm here to help you navigate changes or difficulties.

We will explore you and your identity, your strengths and weaknesses, and how we can apply what you are good at. We will identify anything that gives you difficulty, and ways to either eliminate or cope with those things.
