Something to know about my approach is my first priority is to build an environment where you feel comfortable to express yourself. I seek to understand the challenges that you are experiencing and your goals for therapy. Once that's established, I provide understanding of certain symptoms if needed. Then we start to develop a plan to reach your goals.

Together we will face your challenges and also explore your strengths. We will work together to find solutions to difficult situations. Together we will explore your difficult emotions and help you learn how to manage them in healthy ways.
