Warm but direct, your sessions are a judgement free space. I will challenge you when needed, after all the purpose of therapy is support and growth. I have over 8 years of experience helping clients heal wounds of past trauma, overcome anxiety and depression and learn healthy coping skills for when life's "WTF" moments.

Work to quiet those negative/anxious thoughts that come up in the middle of the night. You'll learn to see yourself and the world around you in a healthy way and finally be able to make boundaries that stick and stop people pleasing. Together we will work together toward goals that help you become the best version of yourself.

Are deep feelers, inner perfectionist, those that find themselves doing everything for everyone often at their own expense. My clients have been good at acting like things are fine but on the inside things feel off. I am LGBTQ+, Kink, ENM, affirming.

I know what its like to struggle to get out of bed, to be your own worst critic, wanting things to feel better but not knowing how to get there. I love seeing my clients work through their issues, learn healthy coping skills and get to a place where they don't need me anymore.

I work with clients via video call. Telehealth is a great option for individuals with unpredictable schedules. I've meet with clients for session who have been in their car just getting off work or just sitting on their couch with their fur babies. My goal is to help in whatever way I can all you have to do is have a quiet space and be willing to open up.
