I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you feel heard, supported, and guided toward lasting change. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and supportive talk therapy to help clients gain clarity, build healthier coping strategies, and strengthen resilience.

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. You’ll be able to share your story—what’s on your mind, what brought you here, and what you’re hoping for in therapy. From there, we’ll figure out what matters most to you and start working toward those goals, step by step.
