I specialize in working with people who:

have a history of trauma, struggle with chronic pain, feel anxious and overwhelmed, have difficulty with work-life balance and need help managing symptoms of ADHD.

I became a therapist because:

I have a natural desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives and also experienced mental health challenges with love ones.

More about me and my practice:

In my own quest of gaining insight and peace, I found hiking to be one of the most rewarding and fulfilling activities. I also have a therapy cat who likes to join in on sessions. Her name is Floofy!
