Through play, art and talk I create a space where emotions can be understood, confidence can grow & healing can begin. I am here to support your journey as therapy can be scary in the beginning.

kind, witty, and challenging. They are comfortable in the space I provide and tell me often they enjoy coming to therapy. I am not stuffy and have many laughs with clients. I am a good mix of serious, silly and intelligent.

I am a mother, wife and proud dog owner. My previous careers have spanned from cosmetology, to childcare to Human Resources.
