Many of the ways we cope make sense in the context of what we've lived through. I'm much more interested in asking, "How did this help you survive?" than, "What's wrong with you?" From there, we can decide together what still fits and what no longer serves you.

Together, we'll make sense of painful experiences, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overshadowed by survival. My hope is that, over time, you develop greater self-trust, self-compassion, and a clearer sense of who you are.

I hope clients experience me as warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected as the expert on your own life, and safe enough to be honest--even when the answers aren't clear yet.

I specialize in working with people who feel like they've outgrown old roles, beliefs, or expectations but aren't yet sure what comes next. Together, we'll explore your values, identity, and goals so you can build a life that feels more genuinely your own.

I became a therapist because I know what it's like to search for a place where you feel genuinely understood. My own experiences with therapy showed me both what's possible when care is done well and how painful it can be when it isn't.

I believe therapy is most meaningful when it honors your lived experience, your values, and your autonomy. My role isn't to tell you who to be--it's to help you better understand yourself and make choices that feel authentic to you.
