In my therapeutic space, there is no one-size-fits-all approach! As a therapist, I aim to create a judgment-free space for couples and adults to explore and reach their goals. Exploration includes your thoughts, emotions, and decisions that have affected your past and present and will affect your future.

Are preparing for marriage, in a relationship or married for any particular amount of time, those who have experienced trauma, and those who are struggling with sex and intimacy issues (individuals or couples).

I wanted to be apart of the change I wanted to see. Growing up with my own issues with healthy ideas of sex and intimacy birthed a desire for me to be a support, educator, co-laborer and more to those who have their own challenges or issues within their sexual health and their sexual relationships.
