You don't have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Life can feel overwhelming. Maybe you're constantly worrying, feeling emotionally drained, carrying the weight of past experiences, or wondering why you're not feeling like yourself anymore. You may be struggling with anxiety, sadness, guilt, or simply feeling disconnected.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—without fear of judgment. I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Together, we'll explore what's been weighing on you, build practical tools to help you cope, and work toward helping you feel more like yourself again.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. They appreciate that I create a space where they feel accepted, heard, and comfortable being themselves. I am often described as supportive, understanding, and genuine while also helping clients identify patterns, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum mental health concerns, and life's unexpected challenges. I'm also expanding my trauma work through EMDR training so I can continue offering effective support to clients as they heal and move forward.
