My goal is to help heal the roots of the pain, not just mask symptoms. I use a trauma-informed approach to help you reach your goals and make sure you're getting a therapy blend that works for you. One size done not fit all, here.

My therapy space integrates the dark with the light and everything in between. We'll aim to appreciate the nuances of what is means to be you.

I specialize in longer-term treatment because life doesn't stop after 8 sessions. Within a trauma-informed approach, we are undoing and relearning decades of experiences and resulting negative beliefs; going at your pace is my top priority.

I became a therapist because of my experience in college athletics. Many of my teammates struggled with mental battles we didn't know how to express.
