Together, we’ll work to uncover the root of your distress, not just manage symptoms. Therapy is a safe place where we will build a relationship together where you can be yourself. My clients often end therapy feeling less alone and reconnected with themselves and the world around them.

I strive to be a warm, non-judgmental, compassionate and grounded psychotherapist for each of my clients. I am human - and I bring my humanity to therapy room. I believe in being my whole authentic self with clients and in bringing humor, honesty, and intuition to the therapy room. I believe relational healing requires a relational presence.

I offer trauma-informed, women-centered care. I focus on treating the effects of trauma and other negative life experiences. I also regularly work with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and self-esteem issues. I am passionate about supporting college-age women as they discover their authentic selves and adult women going through life transitions.

I became a therapist because I saw the positive impact of therapy in the lives of my family members. Therapy was always seen as a strength in my home. Because of this strengths-based approach to asking for help I find profound meaning in helping others. I also deeply believe in the difference therapy can make on a woman and the generations following her.

Many people begin therapy feeling stuck, longing for change but unsure how to move forward. Through the foundations of safety, a supportive therapeutic relationship, and the powerful tool of EMDR, I’ve seen clients not only find relief from symptoms but also begin to transform the negative core beliefs that have held them back.
