Life's difficulties, big and small, impact our whole selves. That pit in your stomach, those unmanageable emotions - that's your body telling you something, and it can feel scary to explore. As a trauma-informed therapist and Somatic Experience Practitioner In Training, I help my clients find safety and balance within themselves so real healing can occur.

First, I get to know you. Our rapport is key. Then, together, we will steady the overwhelm in your nervous system, build coping skills, and explore what is holding you back. My clients guide the pace of the work. I leverage a variety of evidence-based modalities and adjust to my clients' unique experiences and goals.

My clients have told me that I'm a good listener, warm, and easy to talk to. I teach new skills, guide my clients through trauma work in a way that doesn't overwhelm, provide support, and reflect hard truths in the service of breaking unproductive patterns. My goal is for my clients to feel empowered in session and in then in their lives as a result.

I specialize in working with people who feel completely overwhelmed, stressed, and panicky; or with people who have withdrawn from their lives because it's all too much. Sometimes these symptoms are a result of a known traumatic experience, and sometimes not.

I've personally experienced the transformative power of therapy, and was inspired to become a therapist myself. I'm grateful to be able to witness the power and evolution of my clients as they move forward in their lives.
