I specialize in working with people who are from all walks of life. I have a passion for people struggling with strong emotions, low self-worth, shame, relationship and connection issues, complex trauma, anxiety, body dysmorphia, BPD, and more.

I have been on the other side of the couch. From my own past struggles, I know how much of an impact a good clinician can make in the therapy journey.

I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. My office is in Overland Park, KS: safe and cozy space. We can also meet outside when weather allows!

Together, we work together to understand the struggles you are facing and create a plan. Core beliefs from our trauma, becoming at peace with emotions, finding strengths/values, inner child and attachment work, etc. all can be a part of our discovery
