I am able to help the client that is needing assistance with managing anxiety that won't shut off, depression that feels heavy and unmotivating, burn out from work or care giving, trauma from childhood relationships, mood swings, add symptoms affecting productivity, sleep issues, feeling stuck but not knowing why, fear of being judged, distrust of providers.

Many people I work with are strong, capable people who are doing their best to manage work, family, and daily responsibilities while quietly struggling inside. I know this can be intimidating. We will work together to address each of your concerns. My role is to provide a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, understood and supported- not judged.

A provider who cares for individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood instability, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, and emotional overwhelm. My clients describe me as a provider who listens to learn their needs to create a treatment plan centered on those same needs.
