The priority of my practice is in individually focused, interactive approaches to treatment, building safe and trusting relationships, with a focus on establishing a caring and trusting relationship with each client. Together, we will create personalized goals, options for treatment, and individual care with trust and respect.

I specialize in empowering individuals, from 14 to adulthood, to overcome mental health challenges. With training in psychodynamic, cognitive, somatic, trauma, and EMDR techniques, I offer an impactful treatment approach. My focuses is ensuring essential support needed for healing and growth. I focus on building resilience and creating meaningful change.

My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by a long-term commitment to caring for others. To offer professional support, guidance, and treatment for a variety of mental health challenges, I became a therapist. My goal is to facilitate significant improvements in emotional well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life.
