I hava availability on weekdays.
My clients describe me as:
A good listener who is warm, empathetic, respectful and non-judgmental. I'm able to focus on not just what's said, but on what's not being said.
Something to know about my approach is:
My integrated evidence-based approaches are grounded in compassion and understanding. I want to hear your story to personalize what best fits your needs. The therapist-client relationship is key to successful outcomes. That's a great place to start.
Together, we will:
Create a safe place for you to explore what it's like to remove the "I'm fine; everything's fine" mask that's no longer working for you. Change is hard . . . being vulnerable is scary . . . but what if you could lose the mask and discover you?
I specialize in working with people who:
I work with children, teens, and adults to address: anxiety, panic attacks, stress, depression, emotional regulation, grief, loss, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships & communication with strategies & skill-building for healing.
I became a therapist because:
I know what it's like to feel alone and unheard and to need a safe place to untangle the thoughts and feelings that make happiness seem out of reach.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My approach to teletherapy is to make sessions safe, secure, & welcoming. The warmth and connection of in-person but with the convenience of virtual.
More about me and my practice:
My practice is remote, which means that you don’t have to spend your limited time traveling to my office. You can choose a quiet and private location that is convenient for you at work, home, or even parked in your car. Connection w/o the commute!
