My clients would describe me as understanding, accepting, and authentic. I work to create a space where clients feel seen rather than judged, especially when they’ve spent years feeling misunderstood. I bring curiosity and compassion to help clients better understand themselves and their experiences. I also empower my clients in their safe space with me!

I specialize in working w/neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, who may have spent years masking or trying to fit into expectations that weren’t designed for them. I provide a safe, affirming space where your story can be heard, your experiences validated, and you can feel unconditionally seen and accepted.

I became a therapist because I know how painful it can feel to be self-critical and disconnected from yourself and others. I believe healing happens when we have a safe space to share our stories and experience radical acceptance. I’m passionate about creating genuine human connection and helping clients find self-understanding and hope.

My practice is built around authentic human connection. I bring warmth, curiosity, compassion, and appropriate humor into my sessions because I believe therapy can hold both depth and moments of lightness. I love helping clients explore their stories, recognize their strengths, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that deserve to be celebrated.
