My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and centered around meeting you where you are. Therapy should be a safe space where you can be honest, feel heard, and be yourself without fear of judgment. I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I work collaboratively with each person to understand their unique needs and goals.

Together, we’ll explore what you’re going through, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges. My goal isn’t to tell you how to live your life, but to support you in gaining a better understanding of yourself and feeling more confident in the choices you make.
