I am a former FBI Agent turned therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, and relationships. My approach believes people are naturally resilient even in when it may not feel that way. Further, therapy is not one size fits all and should be tailored to each individual's unique strengths and attributes for them to discover they are the hero of their own story.

We will identify concrete steps to proactively take charge of your mental health developing new patterns of healthy behaviors, find new and healthy coping strategies, and increase your sense of self and self worth.

It is a privilege for me to be allowed to walk alongside other humans in their pursuit of becoming a healthier version of themselves today than yesterday, finding healing in sense of self and healthy relationships.

My practice is called Lighthouse Therapy Wichita, in Wichita, KS. A lighthouse captures the what successful therapy can be as a source of calm for a sailor navigating a storm to understand where they are, how to get to safety, and where difficulty may be in their journey. I provide a place of of hope and guidance, with customized approaches for clients.​
