As a therapist, I enjoy the opportunity to work collaboratively to improve overall health. I support a holistic approach, and value the importance of tending to our mental, emotional, physical, and even spiritual health.

We'll work to process feelings of overwhelm and anxiety, especially in response to life changes. From a new medical diagnosis, changes in relationships, to navigating expectations from yourself and others. We'll discuss coping strategies and skills.

Working with me, you’ll find a safe space to be heard and valued, as well as empowered to grow and thrive.

I enjoy working with adults, particularly cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers/families, to address medical anxiety, grief, and pain management. In addition to oncology, I’ve met with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and stress.

Resurgence is centered on helping women with the struggles of balancing life many roles and expectations on themselves. The focus is on your goals, your strengths, and how to handle life on life's terms. Evening and day time appointments.
