Hi, I'm McKenna! I specialize in supporting individuals seeking to understand and navigate the effects of narcissistic relationships, as well as those experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and challenges related to self-esteem.

Facilitate deep, insight-oriented therapeutic work, drawing on a high level of self-reflection, personal insight, and an ongoing commitment to understanding your own internal processes. This includes fostering a deeper awareness of unconscious dynamics and defense mechanisms that may contribute to ongoing distress.

I also believe it matters that your therapist has firsthand experience being in therapy themselves.
