I focus a lot on the positives and what is going well. My job is to act as a collaborator to help you envision where you want to be and identify the steps, even the tiny ones, to get you there. Half-empty vs. Half-full. I want to focus on how you have been able to fill the cup half-full and the things you can do to continue filling your cup!

Together will will focus on prioritizing your strengths, successes, and future goals.

My clients describe me as a counselor that is easy to talk to. Clients who have not experienced therapy before may feel apprehensive about therapy. This is normal! After the first couple of minutes in our session, client's often state they feel more relaxed.

I am licensed in Louisiana, but I have privilege see clients in Ohio, Georgia, Indiana, and Minnesota. Most clients that I see are self-pay. I accept Aetna and Cigna clients in Louisiana only.
