I specialize in working with people who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, or relationship stress. Many are used to being strong for others but want a space where they can process their own emotions, gain insight, and develop healthier ways of coping.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people feel less alone in what they’re going through and supporting them as they work toward healing, clarity, and personal growth.
