My approach is rooted in respect for you and your needs and desires for your own life. I believe that your challenges are real, but they do not define you.

Together we will create a space where you can feel what you need to feel, say or express things that are hard to carry, and be at peace with who you are and what you want. We will make a plan together to understand where you've been and get you closer to where you want to be.

My clients would describe me as open-minded, warm, willing to laugh, and able to hold hope when you find it hard to see the light.

I became a therapist because I believe that no one is ever too far gone to turn around. I know the power of having a space where you can honestly be with yourself and be witnessed as you are. Your struggles—large or small, new or long-standing—can be opportunities for some of your greatest growth.
