Something to know about my approach prior to beginning therapy is that I practice from a nonjudgmental, open, and genuine place. I strive to create an environment that is safe, warm, and genuine for all of my clients. I approach each session with curiosity and invite you to go at a pace that is right for you, welcoming all parts of yourself along the way.

Together, we will identify and work on the concerns that are most important to you. We will work together to identify and work toward helping you move in a direction that brings you closer to your true value and living a life that feels meaningful. We may work on improving self-talk, quieting anxious thoughts, or feeling more at ease with yourself.

My style as a therapist is warm, genuine, and down to earth. I strive to maintain a sense of curiosity with all of my clients and I genuinely want to learn more about you. My style is conversational and I will ask thoughtful questions to help you understand the roots of issues you are experiencing. My goal is for therapy to feel comfortable - not clinical.

I specialize in working with people recovering from eating disorders and body-image concerns, individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. I also work with adults navigating life transitions such as - school or career related stressors and changes, becoming a parent, grief and loss, relationship changes, or feeling lost in a certain phase of life.

I became a therapist because I find immense joy in helping individuals learn, grow and begin to live a life defined more by their values. I experience deep joy when I see my clients growing and becoming closer to an authentic version of themselves.

My approach is one of empathy and compassion where I will hold space for all of your emotions while you navigate through difficult life events. In our sessions, we will work on developing goals that align with the values that are important to you. My goal is to show up as a real, authentic person and to create a safe environment to foster change.
