I work with individuals and couples and treat a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and issues with self-esteem. My work is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

I have always been a sensitive person tuned into the feelings of others. After working as a journalist, I wanted to help people in a more personal way, so I earned my PhD in Psychology. Years into my career, I found a journal from 9th grade where I wrote that I wanted to become a therapist. It was a roundabout path to where I was meant to be.

I'm down-to-earth and approachable as a therapist. I listen deeply and am comfortable with your grief, your anger, and your fear. We proceed at your pace. I'll be an active guide in the work, and I will tell you what I think. You are always allowed to ask, "What are we doing and how will it help?"
