While I let clients lead, I recognize therapy as an investment of time, energy and money, and take my job seriously to provide clients with results-focused, evidence-based care that works.

I work well with overthinkers, overachievers, and over-doers. I work well with women who are historical "good girls" - the "non-squeaky wheels" who tend to prioritize the comfort of others over their own.

I believe my clients have wonderful gifts to offer the world, and our job together is to figure out a path forward to living a values-led, full life.

I specialize in OCD and anxiety, particularly during the perinatal and postpartum period. I am passionate about evidence-based care, and also bring in whole-body intuition (nutrition, lifestyle) to provide whole-person care. I am dedicated to helping women take up space in a society that discourages it.
