Whether it's attachment wounds, developmental trauma, or complex relationship dynamics, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where healing can begin. Together, we’ll look at how your past has shaped your patterns, and more importantly, how you can begin to shift them.

I am Trini-American, first generation college graduate and proud Bowie State University alumna. I have a lax/laid back approach to meeting clients where they are during vulnerable and challenging times. I work with adults between the ages of 20 to 35.
