Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I help clients understand the deeper experiences and patterns that are at the root of their present pain.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, with a special focus on women who have experienced trauma and are looking to step into a space of deeper empowerment, reclaim their voice, and move through a process of awakening into a more authentic and connected life.

I became a therapist because of the way trauma has impacted my own life and because of the profound difference my own therapist made in my life as a child. That experience showed me the healing that becomes possible when someone is met with safety, care, and attunement, and just how much difference one safe attachment can make in a person’s life.
