I draw from various techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness.

Central to my work is centering an anti-oppressive/anti-racist as well as a harm reduction lens. We will acknowledge & understand how systems and societal forces impact both individuals and communities, and how this affects your mental health. This feels particularly crucial to me, as I know that the challenges we face can be rooted in the world around us.
