I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrating techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). This approach helps reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen coping skills you can use outside of session.

In our early sessions, I focus on getting to know you—your personal history, what’s working, and what keeps getting in the way. Together, we’ll look at how past experiences shape your current thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and we’ll build realistic strategies for change that fit your life.
