My approach is rooted in person-centered and existential theories. At the same time, I recognize that every client is different and tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. I am especially passionate about working with adult women who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, infertility, postpartum anxiety and/or depression and reproductive issues.
