I love sharing practical tools and activities that support folks who struggle with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Racial Trauma, Self-Confidence, Life Transitions, Burnout, Interpersonal Relationships, Grief & Loss, Perfectionism, and Mind-Body Connection.

Ever since I was young, I’ve been inspired by people’s unique stories, fascinated by human behavior, but also deeply troubled by the inequities that are experienced by people of the global majority. I am dedicated to decolonizing and dismantling white supremacy mental health care so that high-quality care can be more equitable and accessible for all.

I started Liberated Light Counseling in 2022, inspired by the life and death of my firstborn son, to help folks who have been historically marginalized to experience liberation from negative societal narratives, thoughts, and assumptions about their existence and gain the confidence to shine genuinely and unapologetically in all settings.
