I work with women who have experienced complex trauma and are looking for a new approach to therapy. I am an art therapist and enjoy using art and EMDR to help my clients gain clarity and build self-compassion. I help women build strong relationships with their partners, learn how to appreciate their bodies, and resolve anxieties that make life feel heavy.

You can laugh, cry, talk about politics, joke about life, write and doodle to gain insight, or mediate and learn how to let your body rest using somatic interventions.
