I have extensive experience in working with people who struggle with managing feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress and also specialize working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community. I approach therapy through a person-centered lens. I believe that you know yourself the best, and you begin therapy sessions with what you feel you need to discuss.

Together we will work with to replace your thought patterns or behaviors that are no longer serve you and work toward goals to help you make changes in your life.

I specialize in working with people who struggle with managing their mood and emotions and want to learn and practice coping skills and strategies to help them feel more grounded and move forward in their lives.

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of change and the capacity of people to learn, grow, and make different choices. I also believe that feeling seen, heard, and understood during therapy is an important part of the therapeutic relationship and the process of change.
