Through insight-building, relational work, and boundary-setting, I support college students, young adults, and new professionals in avoiding burnout, isolation, and repeating harmful patterns. I specialize in anxiety, identity development, and relational growth. I especially enjoy working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and first-generation students.
