I believe that key aspects of therapy are the willingness to change, to have difficult conversations and to be challenged. My goal is to make that process easier to go through, and to understand. My goal is to help those I work with meet their goals by helping them build on their strengths in a caring, non-judgmental environment.

Deciding to go to therapy can provoke anxiety;there are often a lot of questions about what therapy is and what it can do. My goal is to make that process easier to go through, and to understand.
