someone who is safe, compassionate, empathetic, warm and having an unexpected connection.
Something to know about my approach is:
my approach provides support to help my clients define and work toward their goals. I am committed to making sure my clients are involved in the process by collaborating throughout. Sometimes I use creative approaches when words are not enough.
Together, we will:
discuss challenges my clients may face, which may include depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, relationships (familial, romantic, work, etc.), identity, trauma, and many other life stressors.
I specialize in working with people who:
are struggling with symptoms related to traumatic events, which includes feelings of loneliness, ongoing sadness, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and/or suicidal thoughts and feelings.
I became a therapist because:
I want be the person that is present for and care enough to hear the needs of ethnic minorities, women, adolescents, and others that feel invisible.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
that it is Telehealth, so, where ever you are in Massachusetts, your therapy can be as well.
