I believe that to struggle as human beings is something we all share. If you're used to being a high achiever, it might feel especially difficult to seek help and support, but you are not alone. My practice is built around people who make it work much of the time, but who find that they're struggling. I will meet you with warmth, humor, kindness, & respect.

I specialize in working with people who care deeply about others and often put themselves last — including healthcare workers, college students, and anyone navigating stress, burnout, identity questions, or major life transitions. I help people make sense of their experiences and feel more grounded and supported.
