I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based practices, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care to build insight, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes that align with your values and goals.

I became a therapist because I have always been drawn to understanding people's stories and helping others through difficult times. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and work toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who they are.
