I focus upon working with people dealing with trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD and/or depression. My practice draws upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as psychodynamic and interpersonal approaches. Together we will find or create an outline of the life you want to live. Following that, we will identify what you need to get there and what's been holding you back. We will then make a plan for addressing those issues and carry it out, learning and adjusting as needed.

I specialize in working with people who struggle with avoidance in any form. This often looks like ADHD, anxiety, OCD, trauma, anger, and/or depression. I also love working with people who self-identify as intellectualizers, with people struggling with self-esteem, and with anyone grappling with existential or meaning-making questions.

I became a therapist because I care deeply about helping people and, to be perfectly honest, because I enjoy the process of doing therapy. I find the challenge of balancing academic knowledge with the unique intricacies of everyone individual's life a compelling endeavor.

Prior to starting my own practice in 2026, I have worked since 2020 as a therapist and since 2022 as a clinical supervisor and office director at both national and local organizations. Before that, I worked as a mobile crisis clinician and school social worker. On an unrelated note, my practice does not utilize AI note-takers; I value your privacy.
