I tend to use an eclectic approach. I will first engage in a conversation that better allows me to understand what brings you to therapy. From there we will develop a specific treatment plan to help better direct your life.

Together we will better understand the root of your presenting issues, as well as develop agreed upon goals for what you would like your life to look like.

My clients often refer to me as approachable and supportive. I have a genuine interest in my client's concerns and work diligently to support them.

Most of my experience has been working with individuals who have struggled with substance misuse, anxiety, depression, trauma and attachment issues.

I feel honored to help individuals take the next steps in living their best lives. I genuinely look up to each of my clients.

I am able to offer in-person walk and talk therapy in the local Chelmsford area. I find being outside and in nature particularly healing.

My practice is client-driven, with the option of adding a variety of interventions that they feel open to, including DBT, CBT, expressive arts and eco therapy. I am currently offing telehealth and walk and talk therapy locally.
