I am nationally licensed in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use it with clients who can benefit from it. I have a strong belief in seeing each person as their individual being, and with that, their own respective needs. I like to say that I have a "person centered" approach and incorporate additional types into the work we do. (CBT, DBT) etc.

Whether there is something specific, or you want another set of ears to listen, we can work together to unravel thoughts and stressors and create ways that support you best in feeling successful at managing your daily emotions and interactions. My focus is solely on you, your needs and what will help you best.
