I believe that counseling sessions are most effective under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is my desire to work under His direction as we discuss your unique story, move toward your goals and utilize effective, evidence-based strategies to help along the way.

Steps that we work on together may include: Processing the challenges of past and present. Finding steps toward alleviating stress. Identifying strengths and giving voice to parts of your identity that may have been lost or disregarded. Developing clear goals that align with your values and interests.

My approach is welcoming and relaxing. I believe that healing happens when we are able to process concerns with someone we trust, at a pace that works for us. I seek to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you will feel free to discuss whatever it is you may be facing.

My focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, relational concerns, sexuality, spirituality and OCD. If you are facing any of these challenges, seeking new goals, or just looking to turn a new page, it is my hope that you will not reach the end of our time together without experiencing encouragement and real change in the areas most important to you.
